Discovery Technician

Job Description Overview: The primary responsibilities of the Discovery Technician are to perform intake and processing of electronic evidence. Discovery Technicians will also coordinate scheduling of projects with Discovery Management and Client Management staff and assist in ensuring projects are completed to our customer's satisfaction. In addition, this position will offer some server???side application support. Hours will be 2:00PM-10:00PM Monday-Friday - Full-Time Qualifications: 1+ years of litigation support, information technology or records management experience Understanding of eDiscovery lifecycle Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with one or more of the following platforms o Relativity o Nuix eDiscovery o Brainspace o EnCase eDiscovery o Veritone eDiscovery o Exterro Orchestrated eDiscovery o Lexis Nexis LAW PreDiscovery o Lexis Nexis LAW Early Data Analyzer Responsibilities: Process electronic evidence for litigation matters Maintain chain of custody Coordinate scheduling of projects Communicate with management staff On???time completion of all client projects Maintain quality standards (100% accuracy policy) Support hosted review systems What can you expect from us? ??
