Job Information

The PIT Solution Expert will be focused on facilitating operational efficiency, improving organizational communication and customer service as well as implementing new processes and solutions.

The PIT Solution Expert is also responsible for partnering and building relationships within the organization with the primary objective of providing enhanced organizational capabalities.

The PIT Solution Expert must have a strong understanding of the technologies and solutions that support the teams and processes in their site. He/She must be able to translate business needs and functional requirements into solutions.

The successful candidate must be able to lead and manage teams to document, design and implement major business processes as well as evangelize new processes, procedures and technologies to assist with change management. Leadership of indirect reports and good influencing skills across teams will also be critical skills.

Role & Responsibility

Role Type: Manager

General:
  • Support process/solution development, improvements and implementation on a site and organizational unit including any adaptations or variants together with Process & Solution key users
  • Participate in process acceptance tests
  • Analyze business issues and business requests from a process and solution perspective from the local site before initiating a formal change request
  • Identify root cause to define process and solution improvement area and propose solution for local site or escalate

Leadership:
  • Assist with annual resource & budget planning activities
  • Development and mentoring of business process management capabilities in PIT and BU teams

Solution Expert:
  • Set up and maintain functional requirement documentation
  • Manage business analysts and key users and coordinate with business to make sure to bring all required knowledge about business processes on the project
  • Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases.


Job Requirement

Education: Bachelor Degree in related field discipline and relevant experience implementing business process change

Knowledge & Skill:

What skills, education, and experiences does your ideal candidate(s) have?

•Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
•These are entry level opportunities
•Must be able to follow established methods and procedures and perform work accordingly. Must have the ability to work rapidly and under time pressure for extended periods of time in order to meet build requirements. Must possess the ability to read build sheets and blueprints.
•The ability to communicate with supervisors and fellow workers in both written and verbal forms at a level normally acquired through the completion of a high school diploma or GED is required.
•Job specific skills, techniques and safe work and equipment operating practices are learned through on-the-job and classroom training. General instructions are given on recurring duties, operations and assignments; detailed instructions are given on new duties, operations and assignments.
