Job Description
A Job Superintendent is responsible for completing the following duties:
- Provide onsite supervision and sub-contractor management through the completion of Construction
- Management projects.
- Onsite Supervision for our Construction Management projects until final completion of project.
- Manage on-site job supervisors
- Manage sub-contractors
- Scheduling
- Drawings and construction interpretations
- Quality control
- Daily reports and project documentation
- Customer relations
- Job site safety
- Work with the Safety Director to oversee site safety, making sure all processes and practices are
- conducted in a safe manner
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Understand operation and safety of all machinery in your area of responsibility
- Accountable for all safety and cleanliness of your area of responsibility
- Effective use of time management skills
- Support Company decisions
- Good understanding of all phases of construction
- Highly effective communication skills
- Able to read and understand blueprints
- Computer skills - ongoing development to include Microsoft Office and E1
- A minimum of 10 years of construction experience preferred
- Management or supervisory role experience is desired
- Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation required
