Construction Project Manager

Construction Project Manager Overview EagleRidge Partners is seeking to hire a qualified and skilled construction project manager. As project manager, you will coordinate project management activities during all phases on multiple projects in the Fargo/West Fargo area. This includes, but is not limited to: Responsibilities Coordinating, preparing and scheduling work for the project team Building and monitoring construction cost estimates Reviewing construction work to ensure work is being done per specification and acceptable quality Thorough knowledge of the construction plans and specifications Work with on-site construction team to ensure projects are delivered on-time and on-budget. Evaluate construction methods and determine cost-effectiveness of plans Inspect and review projects to monitor compliances with building and safety codes, and other regulations Prepare weekly construction reports for owners. Qualifications Four-year bachelor's degree in construction management or construction engineering and/or education and experience equivalence. Experience in commercial and multifamily production is preferred.
