POSITION DETAILS: This position exists to provide coordination and support throughout the digital automation lifecycle including analysis, design, implementation and support for digital forms and workflows used by students, faculty, staff, administrators and external constituents of St. Cloud State University. This position has a primary focus on the analysis and development of digital forms and workflows for the university community, which helps the university accomplish its objectives, including enrollment and retention of students. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: ?? Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in information technology, business administration or related field and 2 years of related IT or business administration experience in web development and multiple software platforms (including SharePoint and workflow software or similar software products where skills can easily transfer) or equivalent combination of education and experience. ?? Experience working web site development or online systems sufficient to maximize business process and workflows, Strong knowledge of all standard Microsoft Office products and basic knowledge of HTML. ?? Knowledge/experience within a PC work environment (software, hardware, equipment, work station management, etc.) ?? Project management skills sufficient to manage multiple projects simultaneously, create clear and attainable project objectives, build project requirements, oversee the cost, time and scope of projects, manage project constraints, and communicate progress and end results. ?? Knowledge and experience with process improvement ?? Strong verbal communication skills sufficient to participate in discussions and communicate technical idea and procedures to technical and non-technical staff and managers and present recommendations and reports to senior managers. ?? Strong written communication skills sufficient to write, prepare, and edit materials such as memos, procedures, reports, presentations, etc., using correct spelling, punctuation, grammar, and sentence construction and clearly explaining complex technical ideas and procedures to varied technical and non-technical audiences. ?? Customer services skills sufficient to actively listen to and understand customer needs and provide accurate information and appropriate alternatives in a timely, thorough, courteous, respectful, and professional manner in person, over the phone and in writing. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: ?? 2 years of experience with process improvement preferably LEAN process improvement ?? Experience with relationship management and techniques to understand user and system requirements. ?? Knowledge and experience working with software applications and SaaS ?? Experience in higher education ?? Experience leading tasks in project teams utilizing Agile principle, practices and methodologies.
