A growing medical center in Robbinsdale, MN is currently seeking an experienced RN - Administrative Manager , full time. Check out the details below: Title: RN - Administrative Manager Job Type: Permanent / Direct Hire Setting: Inpatient - Medical Center Location: Robbinsdale, Minnesota Schedule: Rotating days and nights, 12 hour shifts, 5 shifts per pay period Pay: $45-$52 per hour based on experience The RN - Administrative Manager will be responsible for: - Provide administrative decision-making and support for the coordination of patient care services - Coordinate patient flow, communication and emergency management - Coordinate all emergency protocols - Participate and provide leadership that promotes quality and strategic initiatives to facilitate remarkable patient care REQUIREMENTS: - Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing - Current Minnesota Registered Nurse Licensure - Minimum (3) years recent experience in an acute care facility
