    This position is with one of our direct clients at St.Paul, Minnesota . Interested candidates can send resumes at phebe at divihn dot com or call with any questions Description : This project manager will work under R&D leadership to lead the EU MDR project for the Advanced Surgery Global Business Unit product portfolio to maintain EU registrations through the relevant notified bodies for MDD renewals and MDR submissions.
    The project manager will:
    Organize the prioritization, sequencing and tracking of progress
    Prepare and facilitate meetings with business leadership to report status and present issues for decision-making
    Coordinate and integrate with the overall client's EU MDR program
    Drive a sense of urgency with team members and stakeholders

    Job Requirements:
    Minimum 5 years experiences leading medical device projects through EU regulatory approvals, working cross-functionally with contributing disciplines
    Excellent skills with MS Project and Excel
    Ability to manage across large number of initiatives and integrate workstreams into a cohesive program
    Recognizes issues and develops solutions to keep the program on track
    Identifies risks and proposes mitigation
    Communicates effectively with stakeholders at various appropriate levels of detail and escalates effectively, when needed

    Education / Experience
    ??? Minimum Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical, Biomedical, Chemical) and 8-10 years experience, 2 - 5 years of matrix mgt. experience.
    ??? Thorough, up to date knowledge of multiple disciplines required.
    ??? Good communication skills with matrix management experience required.
    ??? Independent judgment in the evaluation, selection and adaptation of various engineering techniques required.

    Physical Demands
    ??? Regular attendance is necessary to perform the essential functions of the job.
    ??? Sedentary work, lifting a max of 10 lbs; walking/standing occasionally.
