Proactive inside sales role focused on: market initiative project management support (50%), campaign focused lead generation (30%), qualify in-bound leads (10%), and M&A integration support (10%).
PURPOSE: The Inside Sales/Lead Generator is a self-starter who will work independently and collaboratively, and be responsible for project management support, lead generation and customer integration. The Inside Sales/Lead Generator will create value through proactive generation of qualified customer opportunities, developing new customers and driving profitable growth.

Accountabilities:1) Assist with the creation and execution of strategy on key market initiatives and projects, to include (but not limited to):a. Introductory call to welcome customers to Appliedb. Creation and initiating a welcome kitc. Tracking progress of initiatives and projectsd. Reporting on initiatives and projects2) Utilizing Applied's MSECP format to identify adhesive potential, technology and equipment being used, through inbound and outbound prospecting3) Identify key players, develop initial relationships and generate interest with new prospects4) Create and promote the use of scripts in daily calls to effectively communicate value and move prospect forward5) Create, refine and effectively deliver the use of objections and rebuttals to meet the needs of specific campaigns6) Act as the central contact point for inbound adhesive sales opportunities and route qualified opportunities to the appropriate Territory Manager for further development and closure7) Be a key resource to the Business Development & Associate Reps by assisting with objection and rebuttals training8) Maintain and expand key information in CRM database of all existing and prospective accounts, to include the documentation of customer conversations9) Meet or exceed daily call targets to ensure pipeline growth10) Be a key contributor in the achievement of annual growth objectives

Requirements:??? Education - Bachelor's degree in a technical/mechanical or marketing field (or equivalent experience)??? Problem-Solving/Trouble Shooting - Well organized, process and data driven, logical thought-process, the ability to make decisions and act on them??? Interpersonal - Ability to communicate at all levels within an organization, build and manage relationships, and demonstrate resilience and ability to handle difficult situations with a positive "can do" attitude. Also, have a proven experience & ability to work independently as well as in a team environment??? Communication - Demonstrated excellence in verbal and written communication skills, including a strong phone presence, listening, and presentation skills with the ability to influence via phone??? Technology - Strong computer skills with ability to learn new systems quickly and efficiently, proficient keyboard abilities, MS Office, Windows O/S, CRM Software, and Social Media tools??? Selling - Desire to develop knowledge and practice of customer-focused selling processes
