We are a Minneapolis based company that offers online real estate education, operating since 2006. Our office is located in the downtown Minneapolis North Loop area, with convenient parking and on a bus route. We're a small company that is looking for a full time employee.


Our company goal is to provide exceptional customer service. We truly value our customers and their feedback. We are continually striving to improve our website, course offerings, office systems, and customer support.


Everyone in the company collaborates on shared duties and projects. There are also individual projects/duties that each person is responsible for. The job is a balance between collaboration and independent work. Good communication and collaboration, along with the ability to work independently, are important.


Below is a list of the shared and individual duties with this job.

Shared Duties


Customer service

  • Customer support: answering phone calls and emails
  • Maintain customer records
  • Submit student attendance
  • Create and process student completion certificates


General Administrative

  • Uploading course content within our custom website
  • Updating online courses when needed
  • Online course preparation and organization
  • Other duties as assigned

Individual Projects and Duties


Company Reports

  • Organize data from course survey reports
  • Develop and organize marketing and sales reports
  • Organizing data for regulatory reports
  • Other reports as assigned and needed


Website Administration

  • Create landing pages within a custom website editor
  • Maintain website content and functionality


Customer Service System:

  • Improve existing customer service processes as needed
  • Research and organize a customer service database for inquiries

Required qualifications:

  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to effectively collaborate on projects
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with customer service/support
  • Basic computer troubleshooting skills (to assist customers)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Experience running reports and processing data in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with basic HTML, or willingness to learn



This position is full-time. Our customer service hours are Monday-Friday 9am-4pm, so those hours are required. There is flexibility outside of those hours (working earlier or later than those hours).


We also allow working remotely on Fridays, depending on the nature of the work, and when fully trained to complete customer service remotely.
