ENTRY LEVEL or with previous manufacturing experience. We will train you in up to 33 different production processes. Interesting variety and fun to learn. If you like machines, you’ll like this job. You will learn a ton about milling and manufacturing. $14.00-$15.00/hour plus excellent benefits package including 2 weeks paid time off. This is factory work. It is very physical. Daytime or late afternoon shifts: 6:00am – 4:30pm or 4:15pm – 2:45am We work hard and require good attendance and performance. If you work hard you will be rewarded! Attendance is critical. Must be a fast learner with familiarity or strong interest in production and/or manufacturing. $500 bonus after 6 successful weeks on the job. Plus an additional $500 bonus after 6 successful months on the job.

Job Description
Safely and efficiently run a wide range of production jobs. Must be able to follow written operating procedures and work independently while staying on task. Large equipment setup, operation, and shut down. You’ll work with process engineers, research engineers, the production manager, and project managers to complete production and research and development jobs. Properly review and complete documentation and meet deadlines and goals set by management. You will operate large equipment, lift and move 50-60 pounds multiple times per day, using pallet jacks, and forklifts. Assignments include dusty environments – personal protective equipment will be supplied as well as uniforms that are cleaned for you.

Physical Requirements
Bending, squatting, working on your feet for 10-12 hours shifts. Lifting 50-60 pounds often and moving 350-500 pound drums with mechanical assistance.

Basic Qualifications
Experience or interest in Production and/or Manufacturing High School Diploma / GED or higher Some experience with Excel and Word or ability to learn, and basic math skills (adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing). Ability to work independently. Shifts Weekdays: 6:00am – 4:30pm Monday through Friday Weekday afternoons: 4:15pm – 2:45am Monday through Friday.

Pay and Benefits
