This role will lead the business unit within a division of a large worldwide company. The position will establish controls, forecasting and help with consolidations. They are a manufacturer of electrical components for a wide range of applications. The role will have direct reports so candidates MUST have experience in leadership within a production environment. Will be working to create KPIs for the division through analysis and explain any variances. Complex products create opportunities for employees to use their talent and decision making to move the projects along.
