Customer Engagement Manager

ABM Industries, Inc. is looking to hire a motivated Customer Engagement Manager to add to our marketing department. The Customer Engagement Manager will provide best-in-class customer service to our clients by maintaining proven customer service procedures, creating a strong support team, and act as an ambassador of our client. This position reports to the Marketing Manager.

Customer Engagement Manager Responsibilities:

• Supervise the day-to-day operations of a small-scale customer care center and respond to customer service issues in a timely manner.
• Hire and train new customer care agents.
• Work with internal department leads and external vendors to deliver brand excellence and drive improvements in service, cost reduction and revenue growth.
• Develop customer satisfaction goals and coordinate with the team to meet them.
• Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities.
• Assess service statistics and prepare detailed reports on findings.
• Identify the needs of inbound warm leads and recommend tailored solutions to their needs.
• Assist Marketing Manager with projects and perform general office duties as assigned.

• Minimum 3 years customer service, sales or marketing experience.
• Bachelor's degree or a combination of work experience and education.
