A healthy compensation plan that rewards your hard work with a base pay of $13-18 per hour depending on availability and experience. Commission for membership sales, enhancing appointments, and other bonuses for contests and gift card sales throughout the year. Up to 10 days of paid time off per year after being with the company 6 months, as long as you maintain working 30+ hours per week. Days will accrue 1 per month after 6 months with the option to roll 5 days of PTO over to the next year. Full time employee 35 hours plus per week are rewarded with paying 50% of health insurance through Blue Cross Blue shield of Minnesota, the other 50% is deducted pre-tax dollars.
