Sr. Business Analyst

Description: Accountable for leading subject matter experts (SMEs) in the elicitation, analysis, representation, validation and sign off of Business, User, System Functional and Non-Functional requirements. Accountable for creating the detail level requirements (Business, User, System Functional and Non-Functional) in the Requirements Definition Document during Solution Definition. Responsible for ensuring alignment of the System Functional and Non-Functional requirements with the solution's design. We are seeking 2 BA contractors -One resource will work on a large re-platform interactive correspondence project in workbench. This person will join a team of SME's including new business, Project Manager, team of engineers, etc. -The second role will work with the business on a project related to regulatory work. This person will work with vendors, engineers, members of the business, etc. Both individuals must have at least 3 years of experience, be a driver type of personality, instead of someone that needs to be lead.
