The Client Account Manager will be responsible for owning the client relationship and will focus on all aspects of customer satisfaction and care by facilitating continual services for existing clients' ERP systems. The Client Account Manager must be able to understand and talk business processes to assist in analyzing business needs. Must have strong professional and personal skills and want to work in a smaller company environment in which you can greatly impact the success of the company. Key Responsibilities Include : Must be able to understand the ERP needs of the client at a business analyst level. Responsible for leading detailed business need discussions ( business analyst level ) with clients on small to medium size projects. Ensure projects delivered fit the clients ERP requirements and needs. Responsible for client satisfaction assigned to them (book of business). Need to identify, propose and close continual services of small to medium ERP size projects. Identify, propose and close software upsell opportunities. Leads and contributes towards client quarterly check in calls. Meet with client executives/stakeholders regularly to ensure understanding of scope, budget and status of all projects being executed at the client. ?? Must work daily at our corporate office in Waunakee, WI or our office in Dodgeville, WI. Ideal Candidate Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 5+ years' experience in a related field. Previous application experience in one or more of the following is a plus: NetSuite, SAP, Oracle e-Business Suite, PeopleSoft, Microsoft, Epicor, Great Plains, AccPac, Best Software-MAS Series, Sales Logix, Siebel or Salesforce.com Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Results-oriented with self-confidence, perseverance and a high sense of urgency. Great attitude, goal driven and team player. Creative and resourceful, self-starter that thrives on working in a fast-paced environment. Must work daily at our corporate office in Waunakee, WI or our office in Dodgeville, WI.
