Job Duties: Inbound calls assisting participants explaining the benefits of the program they signed up for Gathering information from participant and scheduling appointments Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email Comfortable with smartphones and apps Walk the customer through the problem-solving process Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel Record events and problems and their resolution in logs Follow-up and update customer status and information Pay: $16.00-16.50/Hour Schedule: Monday-Thursday 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM & Friday 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or Currently enrolled towards higher education Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products 1-year customer service We are an equal opportunity employer and make hiring decisions based on merit.
