Work with our Manufacturing Engineering Team to implement Lean manufacturing Value Streams. We have aggressive transformation goals and you will work alongside our Manufacturing Engineers, Lean professionals and Operations. We use standard Lean and Toyota Production System methodologies: Value Stream mapping with documentation of Present State, analysis, envisioning of the Future State, and implementation; Time Observations; Standard Work; and to those we add the Integration of Production and Logistics, Logistics from the Line Back, and Supplier Integration.

Basic Qualifications

Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.

Requires US citizenship or permanent residence (green card).
