We are seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to join our Criminal Records Department You will be responsible for helping clients & vendors by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues as requested Responsibilities: Handle inquiries and complaints from the internal client services team and external vendors Provide information about the products and services Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns Document and update customer records based on interactions Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services Efficient and effective qualification of new research providers Support of administrative duties related to vendor quality assurance programs ??? Qualifications: Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields Ability to build rapport with clients Must be able to independently prioritize day to day activities and unexpected distractions.
