Client Details The Senior Project Manager serves as the senior on-site company representative responsible for managing all operational requirements in the Twin-Cities. If client facing interaction is more your thing, there is opportunity to take that path as well. In addition, you will work alongside other Project Managers providing mentorship. Description Ability to lead and manage projects inside construction settings Provide professional leadership in negotiation and problem resolution during the project Review and approve invoices Ability to provide precise communication to team members, owners and architects Coordinate and facilitate weekly progress team meetings Develop project budgets to achieve clients financial objectives; validate time and expenses to stay within budget and accurately track the work that is being performed Profile Desire 4-year degree or industry equivalency in architecture, engineering or construction Minimum of 10 years of direct construction experience Broad business administration and technical construction industry knowledge Job Offer Top compensation package Bonus structure Paid parking 401k Medical and dental benefits Paid holiday and vacation time
