This position provides assistance with Human Resources activities and the coordination of company communication efforts. Duties include but are not limited to:
- Supports New Vision Co-op's stated Vision, Mission, and Business Values.
- Projects a positive attitude to customers and employees.
- Assists with employee recruitment activities and onboarding.
- Coordinates and assists with company communication efforts (social media, website, newsletters, etc.).
- Maintains employee files and databases.
- Assists with payroll and benefits administration.
Requirements of the position include:
- Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing or related field and two years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Must accurately write, proof, and edit communication materials.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
- Must be well organized, have a high degree of business ethics and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
