This position provides assistance with Human Resources activities and the coordination of company communication efforts. Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Supports New Vision Co-op's stated Vision, Mission, and Business Values.
  • Projects a positive attitude to customers and employees.
  • Assists with employee recruitment activities and onboarding.
  • Coordinates and assists with company communication efforts (social media, website, newsletters, etc.).
  • Maintains employee files and databases.
  • Assists with payroll and benefits administration.


Requirements of the position include:

  • Associate's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing or related field and two years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must accurately write, proof, and edit communication materials.
  • Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
  • Must be well organized, have a high degree of business ethics and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
