Wir sind bestrebt, unsere Kunden in die Lage zu versetzen, ihre Arbeit effizienter und effektiver zu erledigen.
Wir betreiben das Zentralersatzteillager für die EMEA-Region in Halle (Saale). Von hier aus werden unsere Händler und unser Satellitenlager in Dubai mit Ersatzteilen beliefert. Wir suchen einen Kundendienstmitarbeiter (m/w/d), der sich den Herausforderungen unserer Händler stellt und passende Lösungen findet. Die Stelle ist zunächst befristet auf ein Jahr.
Ihr Aufgabengebiet
Wir suchen einen Kundendienstmitarbeiter (m/w/d) mit sehr guten Französischkenntnissen.
Ihre Hauptaufgabe liegt darin mit unseren Händlern in Fragen zu Ersatzteilen eng zusammenzuarbeiten. Dazu gehören folgende Aufgaben:
- Im Tagesgeschäft unterstützen Sie unsere Händler bei Fragen zu Ersatzteilbestellungen
- Sie stellen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem operativen Einkauf sicher, dass Dringlichkeitsbestellungen im vorgegebenen Zeitrahmen bearbeitet und ausgeliefert werden
- Sie sind für kaufmännische Bearbeitung von Reklamationen und Rücksendungen zuständig
- In Zusammenarbeit mit dem technischen Kundenservice und dem operativen Einkauf finden Lösungen für nicht-lieferbare Ersatzteile
- Außerdem erstellen Sie Auswertungen und Reports für das Management

Ihr Profil
- Idealerweise haben Sie ein abgeschlossenes Studium
- Sie bringen sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse mit (weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil)
- Erfahrungen/Kenntnisse in der Logistik sind von Vorteil
- Sie verstehen es Prioritäten zu setzen, arbeiten eigenständig und gehen offen auf andere Menschen zu
- Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit MS-Office und haben idealerweise Erfahrungen mit SAP, Oracle oder einem vergleichbaren ERP-System (z.B. Navision)

What skills, education, and experiences does your ideal candidate(s) have?
•Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
•These are entry level opportunities
•Must be able to follow established methods and procedures and perform work accordingly. Must have the ability to work rapidly and under time pressure for extended periods of time in order to meet build requirements. Must possess the ability to read build sheets and blueprints.
•The ability to communicate with supervisors and fellow workers in both written and verbal forms at a level normally acquired through the completion of a high school diploma or GED is required.
•Job specific skills, techniques and safe work and equipment operating practices are learned through on-the-job and classroom training. General instructions are given on recurring duties, operations and assignments; detailed instructions are given on new duties, operations and assignments.
