Bobcat Company leads the industry in the design, manufacture, marketing and distribution of compact equipment for construction, rental, landscaping, agriculture, grounds maintenance, government, utility, industry and mining. We strive to empower our customers to do their jobs more efficiently and effectively.

We operate the main Parts Distribution Centre for the EMEA Region in Halle (Saale), Germany. From here our dealers and our satellite warehouse in Dubai are supplied with spare parts. We are searching for a Customer Service Representative (m/w/d) that enjoys the challenges and contributes with solutions to customer experience.

Your Responsibility

Your main task is to work closely with our dealers on spare parts issues. This includes the following tasks:
  • In day-to-day business you support our dealers with questions about spare parts orders
  • In cooperation with the Material Planning department, you ensure that urgent orders are processed and delivered within the specified timeframe
  • You are responsible for processing claims and returns
  • In collaboration with the Technical Support and Material Planning you find solutions for non-deliverable spare parts
  • You also create reports for the management

Your Profile

  • Ideally, you have an university degree
  • You have very good French and English language skills (further language skills are an advantage)
  • Knowledge in logistics are an added value
  • You know how to set priorities, work independently and openly approach other people
  • You are expierenced in working with MS Office and ideally have experience with SAP, Oracle or a comparable ERP system (such as Navision)

What skills, education, and experiences does your ideal candidate(s) have?

•Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
•These are entry level opportunities
•Must be able to follow established methods and procedures and perform work accordingly. Must have the ability to work rapidly and under time pressure for extended periods of time in order to meet build requirements. Must possess the ability to read build sheets and blueprints.
•The ability to communicate with supervisors and fellow workers in both written and verbal forms at a level normally acquired through the completion of a high school diploma or GED is required.
•Job specific skills, techniques and safe work and equipment operating practices are learned through on-the-job and classroom training. General instructions are given on recurring duties, operations and assignments; detailed instructions are given on new duties, operations and assignments.
