Construction Site Supervisor

The Reese Group, LLC located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin seeks qualified Construction Site Supervisor. Must have a positive attitude and willingness to encourage co-workers, excellent communication skills, minimum of 3-5 years of experience in general construction, experience in supervising construction projects, the ability to set priorities and exercise flexibility where necessary, ability to read and understand blueprints and construction documents, understanding of proper safety procedures and recognition of hazards. Responsibilies include general management of all employees on the project, monitoring performance of subcontractors and staff, allocating resources, materials, subcontractors, and other staff, and maintaining a safe, secure and healthy work environment by adhering to and enforcing the company's health and safety program.
