Job Description
Ryan Companies US, Inc. has a career opportunity for an Architect I at our headquarters in Minneapolis!
We are looking for a highly-motivated individual with at least 3 years of Senior Living architecture experience including intermediate to advanced level knowledge of Revit. Specific duties include working individually and with the Senior Living Architecture and Engineering team to develop planning and creative-design concepts of a project, initiating and creating designs and plans of projects, including preparation of presentations and design drawings, involved in analyses of client problems to conceive and develop architectural solutions to those problems.

Strong candidates have at least 3 years of proven Senior Living architecture experience, a professional degree in architecture, and strong working knowledge of Revit. They will be driven and passionate about the design field, organized, able to prioritize multiple tasks, and communicate efficiently and effectively in a professional environment. Successful candidates will demonstrate creativity, foresight, and architectural judgment in anticipating and solving architectural problems, both design and technical in nature, from programming through construction administration. Current architectural registration is preferred but not required.
