Qdoba Mexican Eats is now hiring for Shift Managers!
Starting pay $11.00-$15.00/hour
Job Description: Provide service that invites interaction with our guests by creating orders as requested and educating guests about our menu. Lead and train team members to be successful in their duties.
Duties: Accountable for all aspects of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service. Training and coaching team members. Ensuring compliance with all Qdoba standards as well as state and federal health and food safety regulations. Counting cash drawers, making bank deposits.
Preparing Food that Celebrates our Passion for Ingredients, by following our recipes and procedures.
Requirements :
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Great customer service skills
- Availability to work AM and PM shifts
- Reliable transportation !
