Architect/Project Manager

Job Summary & Responsibilities Wisconsin firm is looking to add an Architect/Project Manager to their Milwaukee office!

Responsibilities:

• Direct/manage design teams to completequality projects on time and on budget
  
• Develop/prepare project work plans,budgets, and fees
  
• Build/maintain relationships withfirm team members, clients, and members of the community
  
• Use group/individual interactions tocritique and mentor junior staff members
  
• Create a positive team environmentthat is enjoyable while producing an effective, balanced staff
  

Requirements:

• BA or BS degree in Architecture
  
• Master's degree in Architecturepreferred
  
• 8+ years of experience in commercial design with increasingresponsibilities
  
• Knowledge of building constructionand project delivery systems
  
• Knowledge of project financing,building systems and real estate financing
  
• Experience coaching/mentoring staff andgiving performance feedback
  
• Ability to plan/think strategicallyand work well under pressure
  
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD andother project delivery software
  
• At least 1+ year experience usingRevit on a daily basis
