    6-month Contract to Hire

    Salesforce.com Business Analyst / Administrator needed to participate on an Agile project team working on a new implementation of Salesforce.com for Sales, Marketing and Customer Service. This position works within IT and is reporting to the Global IT Manager of Sales and CRM.

    Experience:

  • Information technology experience, including comprehensive understanding of IT and business operations
  • Experience implementing Sales, and/or Customer Service projects
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce.com Sales and Service Cloud usage, configuration and customizations in line with business, functional and performance requirements;



    • Educational:

  • Salesforce.com Administrator Certification

    • Skill:

  • Possess business process knowledge of Sales and Marketing
  • Document and design user and technical requirements and solutions
  • Able to configure and test Salesforce.com including managing users, data, and security, configuring and customizing Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications, utilizing App Exchange packages, building reports, dashboards, and workflows
  • Proven analytic and problem-solving skills; Solve technical problems and recommend solutions
  • Effective interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Able to work effectively within an agile team environment
  • Work independently, manage and prioritize multiple tasks/functions
  • PC skills; Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio)
