As a Business Analyst supporting our OnBase application, you'll have the opportunity to provide system and data analysis to support key operations and business objectives. You will also have the added bonus of putting your analysis into action by building and supporting our OnBase ECM product. This is a position that affords you the ability to drive process and improvement initiatives. By gathering and documenting business requirements and utilizing your sharp analytical skills to fulfill the needs of the business and/or clients, you will have an impact on healing the health care system. Primary Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements

Analyze business process

Analyze and find efficiencies, re-engineer workflows

Convert manual processes into automated processes

Communicate analysis and interpretation to appropriate audience

Produce, publish and distribute scheduled and ad-hoc client and operational reports, training materials, and other communications as needed

Manage the design, development and deployment of OnBase solutions that automate business process through workflow, case management and other OnBase functionality

Ensure proposed solutions are aligned with enterprise technical direction and business objectives

Plan for and test software updates. Troubleshoot and resolve defects or configuration changes

This is a complex, fast-paced, matrixed environment with a lot of moving parts. The challenge is in developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and models. You'll be expected to interpret and analyze large amounts of data from multiple sources and use it to tell a meaningful story.

Required Qualifications:

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience

2+ years of experience with software development processes (requirements, design, development, test and implementation)

2+ years of experience in a business analysis or development role

1+ years of demonstrated knowledge of OnBase module capabilities

2+ years of experience with business process analysis

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Experience in process improvement evaluation and planning

Intermediate level of proficiency with Excel, Word, Visio, and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with SQL Server, Windows Client

Experience with development and software integration platforms (e.g. C#, .NET, Java, VB Scripting, etc.)
