Job Information

The Solution Architecture Leader is responsible for governing the functional End-State solutions, roadmap, programs/projects, and day-to-day maintenance support.

Role & Responsibility

Develop and maintain the Solution Portfolio Roadmap for assigned functional area

Plan, drive, design, develop, document, measure, analyze and improve the process and solution globally and regionally

Coordinate both Global (above the line) / Regional (Below the Line) processes with global counterparts

Manage overall efficiency and global harmonization of the assigned functional Solution Portfolio

Rationalize the Secure Solution Portfolio footprint

Prepare all needed decisions related to solution portfolio

Set up Solution Council for global solutions

Maintain relationship with global affiliates & BU’s for systems which are global in scope

Facilitate governance processes and solution standards of assigned Solution Portfolio

Establish collaborative relationship with key business stakeholders

Overall accountable to secure that authorization rules for application access

Define Program and Project plans necessary to reach Solution Portfolio Roadmap goals

Provide guidance and support to Project Team’s that are implementing within assigned Solution Portfolio

Lead transitions from project stabilization to operational support team

Enable collaborative relationship with key business stakeholders

Approve and prioritize Change Requests for business processes of the assigned Solution Portfolio

Serve as last line of Maintenance support for complex Problems reported within the assigned Solution Portfolio

Identify resource & competence gaps and provide direction to Maintenance organization for closing them

Lead process training sessions with the Solution Experts and Maintenance Support

Ensure proper documentation, training, and testing for change requests

Job Requirement

  • Business Administration - Bachelors Degree (allow equivalent)
  • Experience: 10 - 15 years
  • Travel Standard: < 50%
  • Business process management experience

  • Ability to analyze and design business processes
  • Ability to develop product requirements based on input gathered from a variety of sources including analysis results and feedback from the user community
  • Ability to develop test conditions and expected results based on the application requirements
  • Ability to review project deliverables for completeness and quality, and compliance with established project standards
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Attention to detail

What skills, education, and experiences does your ideal candidate(s) have?

•Education Required: High School Diploma or Equivalent
•These are entry level opportunities
•Must be able to follow established methods and procedures and perform work accordingly. Must have the ability to work rapidly and under time pressure for extended periods of time in order to meet build requirements. Must possess the ability to read build sheets and blueprints.
•The ability to communicate with supervisors and fellow workers in both written and verbal forms at a level normally acquired through the completion of a high school diploma or GED is required.
•Job specific skills, techniques and safe work and equipment operating practices are learned through on-the-job and classroom training. General instructions are given on recurring duties, operations and assignments; detailed instructions are given on new duties, operations and assignments.
