The Intermediate Level Cook / Line Cook is responsible for opening, setting up, running, and closing of the line or station assigned to daily, in addition to assisting with training of entry level line cooks and cooks' assistants. The Line Cook is expected to execute the prodution of items prepared using, but not limited to: ovens,?flat-tops,?grills, fryers, steam kettles and open flames. The Line Cooks will additionally ensure the kitchen is kept clean, and orderly and will assist with customer service as needed.

- 1 year?minimum line cook experience
- Ability to work with a team
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
We prefer that you additionally have the following skills / experience, but it is not required:
- 2+ years Line Cooking experience
- Knife skills
- Knowledge of different stations like grill, garde manger, and saut?
- Culinary degree, or equivalent experience
- Serve Safe Certification (will receive when hired)
- High volume cooking
