Position Overview:

As a Training Manager, you will be in charge of running a training restaurant for the market while also leading the training charge for new restaurant openings, rollouts, and seasonal menu changes. The Training Manager is a true leader amongst their peers and a committed developer of people. In their home restaurant they will be in charge of providing an exceptional guest experience, be a mentor to the Crisp Crew, and manage FOH and BOH operations. This position will continue to grow as our company does and is integral to our continued success.


Market Training Manager Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain a culture in home restaurant where teammates have the opportunity to learn and grow to become future leaders
  • Recruit, interview, and hire the right talent for Crisp & Green, with a focus on finding and developing future leaders
  • Quickly improve or remove low performers through coaching and documentation
  • Motivates inspire, and challenge their team to consistently achieve and surpass company goals and standards
  • Control labor costs by writing and executing an effective schedule
  • Understand how to build on restaurant sales through execution of company marketing tactics and promotional programs
  • Facilitate training classes and seminars
  • Implement training and development systems and procedures
  • Build standardized training materials to support future growth
  • Develop a certified trainer program
  • Drives the MIT training program and ensures proper execution
  • Communicates with MITs on progress before and after placed through one on ones and restaurant visits
  • Provides leadership role for new restaurant openings
  • Assists in identifying, training and recruiting an NRO training teams
  • Live and represent the Crisp & Green brand day in and out

  • Restaurant management experience preferred
  • Excellent speaking and presentation skills
  • Ability to work 50+ hours per week, including nights and weekends
  • Capable of standing for long periods of time and lift and maneuver up to 50lbs
