Summary
JOB SUMMARY: The Hospice Aide provides personal care and light household services to Hospice clients on an intermittent, part-time basis under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse in accordance with a medically approved plan of care. The length of the assignment varies based upon client needs.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING: High School diploma or GED, Home Health Aide/Homemaker or CNA certification from a Minnesota Department of Health approved program. Basic Life Support certification required.
EXPERIENCE: Maintains current Home Health Aide/CNA certification by attending required in-services.
