Customer Care Associate

Searching for a top notch customer service team member to join our team!

This team member will be an essential part of the Echo Press by assisting customers with their subscriptions and classifieds advertisements, helping to plan quarterly membership events and performing office duties.

The Echo Press is the source for local news, supports local charities and organizations and helps local businesses thrive.

This is a 32 hour per week position and includes a healthy benefit package including PTO, paid Holidays, medical, 401k and an amazing team environment!

Skills & Experience:

• Love a variety of duties including customer service, office duties & assisting with event planning.
• Excited to work for a company that is invested in our community.
• Ability to work individually and as part of the team.
• Previous sales and/or customer service experience a plus.
