We are looking for someone with high energy and attention to detail to join our Crew (team) to help with Communications, Marketing Coordination, Program/Project Management, and to directly assist the President with Program and Marketing Communications.

This position will average between 25 and 35 hours a week, and can accommodate a flexible schedule and location.

Initially, this is a contract (non benefit eligible) position, but long term may move toward full-time.

Requirements for the position:

Microsoft 365 - cloud technology expert knowledge is a must, applications include:

Outlook, OneDrive, OneNote, SharePoint, Teams, Planner, Yammer along with the standard MS Offices products.

Strong written and verbal skills, must be able to write and edit content

Extensive digital marketing experience

Bachelors degree or higher

Strong attention to detail (project management)

Comfortable working in a fast paced environment

Highly motivated and able to work independently

Familiar with CRM systems (i.e. Salesforce), would be helpful

Video production & editing very helpful

Ideal candidate will live near and be available to work in the Minneapolis 'West End' area

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $18.00 to $35.00 /hour
