Project Manager/Estimator

CM Global, an industry leader in illuminated signage, in-store displays and custom premium and promotions, is looking for a full time Project Manager. Our fast paced, ever changing environment requires a highly motivated individual that likes a challenge. This position coordinates all facets of a sale. You'll work with sales, design, vendors, logistics and accounting to, develop, price, manage production and ensure timely delivery. Many of our customers are Fortune 500 companies.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and work with vendors, domestic and international, to secure quality products at a competitive price.
• Run several projects at once for products from promotional items to signage to apparel.
• Work with the sales team to understand customer needs, obtain quotes from vendors, work with internal design team, secure prototypes from vendors, arrange production and work with logistics to ensure prompt and efficient delivery to the customer.
• As a team, we strive to provide customers with a unique product that will help market their product.
• Continually research new or best methods to produce and source products.
• Some travel required to qualify vendors, conduct quality checks, etc

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years estimating or project management experience. Knowledge of retail signs and displays, electronics and/or promotional products a plus but not necessary
• Ability to read mechanical drawings and understand the inner-workings of signage a plus but not necessary
• Strong verbal and written communication
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to multi-task managing several projects at one time
• Outside the box problem solving
• Strong negotiating skills with vendors. Experience working with international vendors a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel.
