What you will do in this role:

Are you creative, energetic, consultative by nature and interested in identifying and solving client business problems? Do you have experience with enterprise level Applications/ERP projects and want to get your hands into the Cloud? We are seeking an ITProject Managerto join our team. As a full-time Affinity Consultant working on-site at our Fortune 500 client in Milwaukee, you will be an integral part of our team helping our client with the enhancements phase for a post Oracle R12c implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive multiple, simultaneous and multi-platform software projects for post Oracle 12c implementation enhancements.
• Develop project plans, statements of work, schedules, status reports, and documentation to support post implementation
• Provide feedback to stakeholders and create structured documentation, including specifications and weekly status reports
• Validate the business requirements and get approval with the business and technical users
• Vendor management, project governance, dependency management

Requirements:

• 7-10+ years of experience as an enterprise level applications /ERP Project Manager
• Demonstrated experience with program and project management methodology and drive / ownership
• Superb stakeholder expectation management, and experience presenting to and updating executive level stakeholders
• Consulting experience or mindset
• Experience with Agile methodologies and iterative processes

Preferred:

• BS Degree
• PMI / PMP certification or training
• Oracle or other ERP project experience with enterprise level mergers, acquisitions and/or divestitures
