Here are some details on the job:

• Responsible for planning, directing, coordinating, budgeting activities and financial reports concerned with the construction or maintenance projects.
• Participates in the conceptual development of a project and oversees its organization, scheduling and implementation.
• Establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of company policy and contract specifications.
• Monitor and control project through administrative direction of on-site union personnel to ensure project is completed on schedule and within budget.
• Collaborate with the Superintendent as well as other departments in the acquisition of tooling, materials, equipment, etc. to complete the project.
• Develop RFP deliverables for a complete bid package including safety plans, execution plans, quality plans, environmental plans, and other plans as required by the customer.
