Front Desk / Customer Service Representative

Brighter Minds Music, a growing music school in Mendota Heights, is looking to hire a Front Desk / Customer Service and Sales Representative in an exciting company with a talented and supportive team.

• Pay: $15.00 an hour to start + bonus opportunities
• Fun and welcoming work environment
• We offer direct deposit
• No musical background required, but is helpful
• Part-time 15-20 hours / week
• Monday-Friday afternoon / evening hours and Saturday mornings needed (some flexibility possible)

Ideal qualifications include:

• Customer service and sales experience
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to multi-task, working on multiple projects on computer simultaneously
• Attention to detail and organized
• Honest and trustworthy
• A people person who enjoys socializing with clients
• Great phone skills
• Strong computer skills
• Proficiency working in and quickly navigating Google Drive: Gmail, Google Calendar, creating and editing documents and spreadsheets
• Love of children
