Construction Estimator

Duties / Responsibilities: Read and understand construction plans and documents; prepare thorough takeoffs and estimates for a wide variety of projects (large and small); build and maintain relationships with general contractors; meet deadlines and process any request throughout projects in a timely manner; work directly with management team and be directly involved with management decisions; Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, On-Screen Takeoff.

Important qualities: Problem solving, high energy and enthusiastic, communication skills (verbal and written), positive attitude, be organized.

This position will grow as experience allows. Along with the rest of the team, you would be working directly with the two owners of the company on a daily basis, making the position an excellent opportunity to learn and grow quickly in the construction industry.
