This position will provide SQL Server landscape design, development, implementation and management. They will also support development staff with best practices and oversee SQL database policies. This roll will support assigned application systems with integration programming solutions and supports HR/Payroll integrations.

The principal accountabilities of this position include:
  • Developing solutions for and administering SQL Server.
  • Design, development and maintenance of ODS and data warehouse.
  • Development of ETL processes using SSIS or related tools.
  • Development using PowerBI or Business Objects.
  • Development using C#, ability to author, maintain Workday integrations.
  • Development and maintenance of existing API/web services.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • This position provides technical support for multiple business process needs, system administration, documentation and reporting to reflect the needs of functional area leaders.
  • The incumbent performs analysis, design, implementation and support of assigned application systems. Analyzes methods of obtaining identified information, analyzes relevant information and explores alternatives, prepares system design and program specifications to meet user requirements, designs appropriate applications, and tests and implements systems within established timeframes and user requirements.
  • Testing of Workday and other integration processes during system updates/upgrades or when new functionality is implemented.
  • Other duties as assigned.


Minimum Requirements

  • A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Services, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or Engineering is preferred or relevant experience in software development with five to seven years of experience.
  • 5 years' experience developing and administering SQL Server.
  • Experience in ETL processes supported with strong experience with SSIS development and maintenance.
  • Experience with SSRS and PowerBI.
  • Experience with ODS design and data warehouse management.
  • Understanding of Business Objects.
  • Ability to write .NET code, specifically C#.
