If you are interested in helping to make the world a cleaner, greener and safer place for generations to come and are looking for long-term career opportunity as a Forklift/Machine Operator then apply today!Job Duties:Move raw materials from a storage rack out onto the production floorUse the forklift, hand pallet jack and alum-a-lift to move raw materials to the production cells and packaging area, and put any leftover raw materials back onto the racks.Works closely with the Machine OperatorsWill be moving and filling materials such as safety supplies, tape rolls, drums of glue, boxes of end caps.Will also be moving elements on carts to the testing area, packaging and then to the warehouse.Restocking of supplies such as tape, tubes, etc.Will be loading raw materials into Machines that make the productTake product on carts to testing areaHousekeeping duties as needed.Demonstrates safety commitment through personal behavior.Fill out daily STAC cards Participate in Time out for Safety in the department.Comply with all safety policies and procedures.Keep work area neat and clean.Complete monthly safety training.Job Requirements:1 year of continuous sit-down forklift experience within the last 5 years.6 months of machine operationAbility to read a drawing/specAbility to measure (quality checks)Proven ability to understand and execute written instructionsFlexible/able to work as a team and help othersGeneral computer skillsMicrosoft Outlook and Internet ExplorerAbility to understand and answer verbal questions about technical equipmentWe have the following shifts: Pay Rate2nd Shift M-F 2:30pm-10:30pm $17.80/hourAs a Kelly employee, youll enjoy:Group-rate insurance options available immediately upon hire*Access toonline training programsthrough the Kelly Learning CenterMembers-only discounts on phones, computers and more with PerkSpotWeekly PayAnnual service bonus planRetention bonus plan-up to $1700 the first year!!!Online application systemA fantastic team that cares about YOUR future!Important information: This position is recruited for by a remote Kelly office, not your local Kelly branch.
