DIRECT HIRE: $23-$31 plus shift diff.

3rd shift -10p-6:30a-- Monday thru Friday with strong probability of OT which may include weekends.

Job Responsibilities

You will be directly involved in the Reliability and Maintenance of the equipment and processes we use to produce our great tasting sausage. This position will not only be involved in maintaining current equipment, but it will allow you to apply Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM) techniques and concepts on our way to helping Johnsonville become the "Best Company in the World." Responsibilities -Apply RCM techniques to improve the performance of a variety of production equipment -Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems on various production and utility equipment -Help gather information to create technical equipment data for development of preventative maintenance information for SAP -Assist with new equipment installation

Associate Requirements

• Two years of industrial maintenance experience is strongly preferred (welding, machining, metal fabrication skills specific to stainless steel are a plus)
• Strong Electrical, PLC Controls experience and Troubleshooting are heavily considered. Also, Servo Drive experience/understanding required. Willingness/demonstrated ability to learn is essential.
• Ability to understand parts/inventory system thru SAP -
• Experience in ammonia refrigeration a plus
• Drug Test
• Stand for Shift Duration
• Must be at least 18 years old
• HS Diploma or GED
• Background Check
