Provide administrative support to a dynamic team of compliance and legal professions supporting enterprise business initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars, coordinate travel both domestic and international, and prepare expense reports as needed
- Compile and/or integrate information needed to complete reports, presentations and documents
- Review documents to ensure accuracy and quality, and revise as needed
- Create and prepare meeting materials, e.g., PowerPoint presentations, spreadsheets and meeting agendas, and ensure distribution to meeting attendees in a timely manner
- Schedule and set???up resources and technology needed for meetings and events, e.g., conference rooms, catering, WebEx, telepresence
- Interact with individuals at all levels of the organization; represent the team with professionalism and integrity
- Manage office documents in accordance with enterprise records management procedures
- Business Segment Liaison point of contact for onboarding new employees
- Responsible for keeping inventory of department office supplies and placing orders for replenishment as needed
- Ability to collaborate with administrative support team members to provide back-up support as needed

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of administrative experience, at least 3 of which have included support of senior executives
- Proficient with MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Experience managing multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with an ability to think proactively, balance multiple demands and manage complex and competing priorities
- Professional demeanor and comfortable working with people at all levels
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in legal and/or healthcare industries
- Experience supporting multiple executives within a fast-paced environment
