Job Details
Applications are being accepted for Site Leaders, Activity Leaders and Activity Assistants in the Kids & Company After School Program for the 2020-2021 school year. Work hours are from 2/2:30 p.m.-5/5:45 p.m. each school day.
Site Leaders : The hourly pay range is $12.57 - $18.10. Requirements: (1) experience training and leading multiple staff members, (2) strong organizational & problem solving skills, and (3) flexible and positive attitude.
Activity Leaders : The hourly pay range is $12.13-$17.40. Requirements: (1) education courses related to school age development, (2) strong interpersonal skills, (3) ability to plan and lead developmentally appropriate activities for young children, and (4) positively guide and provide direction to other staff.
Activity Assistants : The hourly pay range is $11.54-$12.06. Requirements: (1) experience working with elementary or middle school children, (2) interpersonal skills with children and adults, (3) ability to assist other staff with understanding the needs and behavior of young children.
Final determinations on School Age Care Programming will be based on guidance received from the Minnesota Department of Education and the Minnesota Department of Health.
