Job you will do

Typical Day in the Life
  • Oversees and guides a small team of marketers that serve Eide Bailly's offices, services, and industries; partnering with the Director of Marketing to prioritize resources and staffing.
  • Understands the bigger picture and works to ensure alignment across the Firm on strategies and tactics.
  • Collaborates with marketing managers across industries and services to ensure coordinated, efficient, and effective strategies and tactics.
  • With strong input and direction from office partners-in-charge, develops comprehensive and robust marketing plans that cover lead generation and lead nurture activities, as well as brand awareness and enhancement strategies.
  • Develops strategic briefs and creative briefs for marketing and communications campaigns, using experience, data and research to determine the best messaging and vehicle(s) for the audience and the goals.
  • Regularly measures activity, budget, and results and provides these reports to leaders.
  • Monitors industry and competitive trends for the Firm in an effort to make proactive recommendations.
  • Manages partner and manager requests by examining plans and goals and asking inquisitive questions that lead to the most effective and efficient marketing tactics.
  • Collaborates with other functional marketing groups to create and implement campaigns, materials, and communications.

 

Who You Are
  • You have seven or more (7+) years of experience in marketing management, business development, sales, or a related field
  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field required
  • Previous experience working for a professional services firm preferred
  • You possess a deep understanding of marketing and communications strategies, including social and digital tool
  • You have excellent interpersonal and client service skills
  • You have strong organizational/follow-up skills
  • You have knowledge of CRM and Marketing automation tools
  • You have the ability to see the big picture and think innovatively
  • You have the ability to plan, coordinate, and engage others for input and consensus
  • You possess strong verbal and written communications skills and effective presentation skills
  • You have the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with others
  • You are proficient with technology, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and using various software packages
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers and clients
  • Proficient with computers, Microsoft Office (Word and Excel) and using various software packages.

Must be authorized to work in the United States permanently without the requirement of sponsorship at any point in the future.
