Keystone Bluffs Assisted Living is currently hiring for a full-time RN or LPN to work our evening shift.
Duties: To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must be willing to continually learn and apply new techniques for activity programming for lower functioning tenants with memory loss. Must maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Must possess a desire to work with aged, infirm and handicapped persons. Must be willing to have fun, laugh, and be a leader. Must work as a team member and maintain a positive demeanor. Must possess good listening, verbal and written communication skills. Salary Range: Commensurate with education/experience Benefits: PTO, Free meals, 401k, Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance.
Qualifications
Must be a licensed RN or LPN in the State of Minnesota. Experience in leadership recommended. Experience in Big or Small group settings recommended. Must understand the vulnerable adults act. Must complete and pass a criminal background study.
