We are currently seeking an innovative and customer service minded individual to join our team as the Executive Director.  In this role at Edgewood, you would oversee the day to day operations of the community; which includes management of staff and the delivery of high quality service to our residents and their families.  You would oversee recruitment, meet or exceed the financial goals of the community, and work closely with multi-disciplinary teams including the corporate leadership team and Regional VP.

Minimum Requirements

 

You would be a great addition to our team if you possess the following:
  • Bachelor's Degree in healthcare, business management or related field.
  • Demonstrated work experience in assisted living, memory care, or Alzheimer's care, preferred.
  • Demonstrated work experience in supervisory role with increased levels of responsibility in operational activities.
  • Must meet the minimum qualification requirements for Executive Directors as mandated by state Assisted Living regulations.
  • Ability to successfully multi-task, prioritize and broader picture thought process.
  • Strong team-building and conflict resolution skills.
  • Passion and drive for helping others.
