Under the general direction of the Corporate Human Resources Finance Manager, our Lead Financial/Business Analyst is responsible for leading Finance objectives on key Corporate Finance Projects.

This position is responsible to work effectively and professionally with stakeholders at all levels of organization. The principle duties of this role will be to lead the financial and business analytical processes associated with payroll and intercompany general ledger transactions for Corporate activity at Client including leading system implementations and projects.

Primary Responsibilities:
* Define Finance requirements for key Corporate Finance Projects
* Develop and execute Finance UAT Test Plans for key Corporate Finance Projects
* Lead the analysis of the payroll and intercompany activity as it relates to key Corporate Finance Projects including the impact of transactional changes on downstream processes as the system is designed
* Development of Finance process documentation
* Work across departments and geographical locations to ensure all transactions are properly recorded at month end
* Preparation of presentations for management staff
* Assist in the creation of new processes and improvements as required in constantly changing environment
* Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
* Minimum 6 years work experience in private and/or public accounting
* CPA or MBA preferred
* Knowledge of financial processes, required
* Highly motivated individual, with ability to adapt to changing environment
* Advanced knowledge and understanding of Intercompany and Payroll accounting concepts
* 2-4 years of experience with large Corporate Finance Projects in a Lead Financial/Business Analyst role
* Ability to develop strong, strategic partnerships with Finance, Programs and Operations staff
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills needed to work with geographically diverse customers
* Above average organization skills
* Proven ability to deliver under firm deadlines
* Attention to detail, a drive for accuracy and a strong work ethic
* Ability to accurately process detailed information
* Ability to design Excel spreadsheets so that they are efficient and effective
* Problem solver with ability to find solutions without a step by step guide
