Lakewood Health System has an opening for a Part-time Clinic Receptionist/Scheduler at our Dermatology Clinic located in Sartell.

The Clinic Receptionist/Scheduler is responsible for providing professional reception and scheduling services to patients, visitors and staff in a clinic setting. Applicants must support the mission and vision of Lakewood Health System through adherence to the Employee Standards of Behavioral Excellence, concern for internal and external customers, contribution of ideas and suggestions, and regular and punctual attendance. Must be versatile, possess a happy and welcoming disposition, excellent communication skills and be able to work under pressure. At times the position will be extremely busy and will demand a person who can multi-task.

Essential Duties:

•Receives patients and visitors and ascertains their needs to assist them using a caring and professional manner.

•Secures demographic and financial information from patients or family, obtains necessary signatures and enters information into the electronic health record to complete the registration process.

•Schedules clinic appointments

•Operates multi-line telephone console using a caring and professional manner to assist callers, answer questions and transfer calls to correct departments when appropriate.

This is a part time position working 2-3 days per week, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
