Must have an associate degree or equivalent work experience in electric utility operations with previous experience in the following preferred: budgeting, work order paperwork completion, and payroll. Must have good communication, organizational and customer service skills. Should be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, and related computer programs. Experience in customer service, accounting, and marketing would be beneficial.

Successful applicant will provide support for the Operations Manager and Customer Service Manager. Provide support with the monthly and annual O&M budgeting and variance reporting process. Coordinate and oversee payroll and credit card entry. Assist with supervising staff and scheduling work in the absence of the Customer Service Manager. Participate in the rotation of afterhours coverage and coordinate resources for outage restoration.
